What information is required to receive payment?

Information required for payments: 

• (For US-based partners only) W-9
• (For US-based partners only) ACH transfer details 
• (For non US-based partners only) wire transfer details
• (for non US-based partners only) W-8BEN 

ACH and Wire Transfer Details can be collected on the attached Payment Information Request Form.
